General Questions
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, so feel free to come in, grab your room key, and start enjoying all our resort has to offer.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask that you check-out by 11:00 am. However, if you'd like to extend your stay a little longer, just let our friendly front desk team know, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
We understand that travel schedules can sometimes be unpredictable. Early check-in and late check-out are certainly possibilities, subject to availability.
Early Check-In: If your room is ready before 4:00 pm, we'll be happy to let you know and get you settled in as soon as possible.
Late Check-Out: If you need a little extra time to relax before your departure, we offer late check-out until 12:00 pm free of charge, based on availability. If you need to stay past noon, we can extend your stay until 4:00 pm for a small fee of $10 + taxes per hour. After 4:00 pm is a full room rate.
We absolutely love welcoming furry friends to our resort! Your well-behaved, leashed pup is more than welcome to join you in our standard guest rooms.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we do have a small pet fee of $20 for the first night and $10 for each additional night, with a maximum of $80 per stay (plus tax).

We understand that plans can change sometimes. To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice by canceling your reservation by 4:00 pm local hotel time on the day before your arrival.

We don't currently offer airport transportation on-site. However, there are many taxi and ride-sharing services readily available at the airport to help you get to the resort comfortably.
Absolutely! We have ample parking available on-site to accommodate any size vehicle. Parking is completely complimentary for our guests during their stay.
While we're always looking for ways to improve our guest experience, EV charging stations aren't available on-site just yet. We appreciate your interest in sustainable travel and hope to offer this amenity in the future!
We aim to provide a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests. Therefore, our property is completely non-smoking This includes all guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor patios. For the comfort of all, we kindly ask that smoking only takes place in designated areas off-site.
Absolutely! We have convenient guest laundry room available located on the 3rd floor as soon as you come off the elevator on the left hand side. Washers and dryers operate with coin machines, and each cycle costs $2.
For your convenience, there's also a vending area stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets (in case you forget yours!).
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi access for all our registered guests. This way, you can easily share your vacation photos, check emails, or stream your favorite shows throughout the resort.

While we may not have a dedicated vegan menu at this time, our chefs are happy to accommodate vegan preferences whenever possible.

Yes! Our room service is available from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM daily.
Our restaurants offer a relaxed and casual atmosphere. There's no formal dress code required.
Reservations are not required for our restaurants. We welcome guests on a first-come, first-served basis. However, for larger parties of 15 guests or more, we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure we can comfortably accommodate your group. You can make a reservation by calling the restaurant directly.

We currently don't have a separate children's pool. However, our main pool is designed to be enjoyable for all ages!
