Loyalty Express Rules and Regulations

Members must be of 18 years of age or older to participate and must comply with all terms and conditions of membership including these rules. Membership is not open to employees of Camrose Resort Casino.

By signing the Camrose Resort Casino Loyalty Express application, the member agrees to abide by the Camrose Resort Casino Loyalty Express rules and regulations.

Valid government issued photo identification is required for all membership redemptions. Membership is limited to one card per member and valid to only the assigned member, points are not transferable.

Camrose Resort Casino reserves the right to refuse any application for membership and membership may be cancelled at any time from the discretion of the Camrose Resort Casino or Stagewest Hospitality.

Management reserves the right to alter, modify or change this program at any time without notice. This includes modifying or discontinuing the availability of items available within the program as rewards and the number of points required to qualify for rewards. Accumulated points have no cash value. Rules of this program may vary with promotions and special events.

Points accumulated through the misuse of the card are not valid. Camrose Resort Casino is not responsible for technical malfunction or errors with respect to the Camrose Resort Casino Loyalty Express, including defective cards. Camrose Resort Casino makes no representation concerning the use of the card and shall not be liable for any loss or damage, however caused, suffered by any person as a result of the use or misuse of the card. Camrose Resort Casino reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from operational errors, malfunction, and or fraud.

Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Hotel Front Desk as soon as possible. Camrose Resort Casino may replace lost or stolen cards at their discretion. Any card is the property of the Camrose Resort Casino and must be returned upon request.

At the end of the calendar year all points accrued that are not redeemed will be forfeited. Notice of year end will be sent to members to take advantage of point redemption program.
